Cirrus Technologies offers CoMetrix to companies on a hosted service basis, eliminating the expense of developing and maintaining software, purchasing software licenses, or installing software and supporting infrastructure. Because the system is accessable over the Internet, there is no need to install any software apart from a browser.

CoMetrix Service Offering

CoMetrix is offered with a complete implementation service. This means that customers can commence production operations without delay. Support services include:

• Installation, setup and configuration of CoMetrix including server side security certificate
• Customisation of CoMetrix to match customer look and feel and additional business requirements
• Initial data load of customer users, and offices and adviser details
• Training of customer users and support staff
• Level 2 Help desk support
• Backup, system monitoring and support
• Bug fixes as required

Application Hosting Environment

The Cirrus hosting environment is a BS7799 (ISO17799) and DSD Gateway Certified facility that includes the following:

• 99.9% Service Level Agreement
• Physical security/fire protection/backup power tested monthly
• Data backup and restore
• Dedicated hardware for each customer with on-site hardware CPU and memory spares and hot-swap SCSI disk drive and power supply components
• Redundant power supply and RAID-1 (disk mirroring)
• Monitoring and managed firewall service
• Managed network intrusion detection service
• Content filtering and anti-virus protection
